On 26.07.1998 at 2.00 p.m. tragically died the son of the
President of WORLD SECURITY ORGANIZATION and Special Officer in the Strategic
Operations Department to WSO - Russi Vladimirov Russev - 20 years
old.
RUSSI was the most wonderful Child, Person and Officer who ever was born and lived. He grew and lived working hard day and night, having no time for entertainment and pleasures.
Since his childhood he lived like adult. There was no rest in his live but everlasting struggle against the difficulties of life.
He had no childhood and time for playing games because he devoted all his time to a Great Mission - the development of the World Security Organization.
He worked day and night for the Good of all people and the whole world community.
Even the adults adored him because he did more than us, because his forces were inexhaustible, his smile was radiant and his heart was tremendous like the heart of the very God. His faith was boundless because he was God's messenger among us - an Angel sent by God to keep watch over us and help us.
We worked selflessly for a great idea, for the happiness of the whole world community but he, our blond Angel gave his heart. He was doing everything, and we just helped him.
He tragically perished 20 years old and he left us alone in this cruel world. Now our hearts are broken. Blood, and tears, and pain trickled down from our hearts.
There is no life for us anymore but we have to live with the horror. We have to do it, because we have to bring his deed to an end and to fulfill his dreams.
Let God help us! Remember that he was large-hearted, honest and decent, he was always ready to help people without thinking about himself.
As a mark of honor to the merits of its officer and to the son of the President - Mr Vladimir Russev, the General Headquarters of World Security Organization announces 11 days mourning for all Regional Subdivisions and members of World Security Organization.
Let all of you who wish, to drop at half-mast the national flags and to place black crape bends In Memoriam of Russi, In Memoriam of his elder Sister tragically died, and his Grandpa killed several years ago, In Memoriam of all Veterans died doing their duties.

To the name of the officer Russi Vladimirov Russev, WSO sets up special gold Order of Merit that will be presented to the most merited ones in the sphere of peace, fight against organized crime, violence and conflicts and for exceptional merits in favor of the world community.
To the General Headquarters of WSO is established a Special Fund named of Russi Vladimirov Russev. The fund will finance the World Program for crime, conflict and violence prevention.
